A Feminist Energy and Climate Policy for Greece and Cyprus
Less Demand, More Access and Better Governance.
Energy communities present a unique opportunity to boost citizen participation in the energy transition, while ensuring that vulnerable groups are not excluded. Public EU funds, including the Just Transition and the Social Climate Fund, should be leveraged to support climate initiatives that integrate social justice perspectives. To achieve a feminist climate policy more research is needed that fully takes gender disaggregated data into consideration.
